RuRay Services began locally, right here in Australia, founded on the frustration of watching too many facilities contracts go to large, impersonal operators who treated clients as account numbers rather than people. What started as a small cleaning and site-maintenance operation grew steadily as clients asked us to take on more, first additional cleaning contracts, then licensed security services, and eventually a full maintenance offering. Rather than chase scale for its own sake, we grew by getting the basics right consistently: turning up on time, communicating clearly, and fixing problems before they became complaints.
